Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public broad access to many records, but Perry County records are not all held by one office. The Perry County Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit and District case information at the Hall of Justice. The Perry County Clerk handles land records, marriage licenses, notary bonds, elections, motor vehicle services, and open-records requests to that office. The Sheriff's Office and Kentucky River Regional Jail have separate law enforcement and custody roles.
Public search also has state-level pieces. KYeCourts, the Kentucky docket search, ePay, appellate public access, AOC criminal-record reports, and the State Records Center each serve different purposes. This site brings those paths into a Perry County structure without claiming to be the court, the clerk, the sheriff, or any Kentucky agency.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Kentucky court, Perry County clerk's office, sheriff's office, jail, or state agency. There are real limits to what this site can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, or county record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Perry County case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, closure date, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. This site points to offices, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the Perry County reference pages available. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
